Accompaniment for childbirthI accompany women going to the hospital with or without the partner. During delivery, I offer emotional and physical support. I provide massage (if the mother wishes), I may attach the cladding, I suggest relieving positions and generally I care about mother's comfort. I encourage the woman and try to generate calm atmosphere that is important for a good development of a labour. After the birth I may help with breastfeeding. I respect the wishes of the woman and her partner and provide care only to the extent they both want. Since I'm not a medical staff I don't provide medical services.

Postpartum period careI usually visit women after their discharge from the hospital, but I can also come to the hospital should there be a problem with breastfeeding. At this postpartum meeting we may discuss breastfeeding and certain moments of the childbirth. I can provide advice regarding baby care and I will listen to your joys and concerns of being a new mom.
